This request applies only to informational or non-critical outreach. If your case is under active review by a federal officer, or if further verification is required regarding identity, fraud, or suspicious financial activity, FinCEN reserves the right to make contact as part of its official compliance obligations.
Notice: Submitting false or misleading contact information may result in your request being denied or flagged for further review under Section 6219 of the Financial Privacy Act.
Once registered, your number will be added to our internal Do Not Call list within 48 hours. You will receive confirmation via email.
